Hello, My name is Rachel! I have 10+ years experience within the fitness industry, my personal fitness journey began 20+ years ago. I began my career in the fitness industry as a Group X instructor specializing in Step Aerobics and going on to instruct and promote a plethora of exercise styles. After acquiring my CPT credentials, I have served an unlimited variety of clients and gained priceless education working along incredible teachers and mentors of the industry.
Currently, I am training personal and small group clientele with outstanding results in fat loss and reducing weight. I am an advocate for functional training and using tools to improve the strength and quality of everyday movements. I also understand the desire for an improved physique, loss of weight and inches that are backed by lean and tone muscles.
I am extremely fluent in modifications which means I can work any client who feels that their limitations have prevented progress in their fitness journey in the past.
