FiTOUR® Pilates Instructor Advanced CEC Course

The FiTOUR® Advanced Pilates Instructor Home Study Course will provide an understanding of the philosophy of Joseph Pilates.  You will understand how to instruct proper body mechanics and movement during a Pilates session.

• Safe progression of students and clients through the Pilates progressions:
  • Review of body awareness, beginner mat exercises, intermediate mat exercises.
  • In-depth look at and practical application of advanced mat exercises.
  • Mat exercises utilizing Pilates rings, rubberized resistance and hand-held weights.
• Designing and implementing a Pilates exercise mat program for a group exercise format:
  • Understand how to design and implement a Pilates mat program for group exercise.
• Understand how to incorporate Pilates small apparatuses in Pilates mat classes.
