It’s the start of the week and again you are faced with a bad mood when you think of the work or school day ahead and those five long days until the next weekend. You, my friend, have a case of the Mondays. Boo.
Simple solution: Monday is THE PERFECT day to teach (or take) Indoor Cycle because it sets the week up right; it burns off whatever mess you (may have) made of yourself over the weekend with the cookies or the candies or the cocktails. Plus, the endorphins released burn your bad mood away! If your facility does not have Monday morning cycle yet, DO IT NOW. Ask for it. Teach it. Request the class. It is a game changer in terms of mood, productivity, and setting the week up for steady healthy choices.
This morning we rode for 45 minutes and burned off the Mondays!
