I was really pleased with how fun and energetic Macy was when teaching this class. The time flew by and she made it so it was not boring or hard to pay attention. Absolutely loved it! Thank you!

Joyce was an awesome trainer! We had a great time at the workshop, and she was really in tune with each of our strengths and weaknesses in a very non-judgmental way. Hoping to get her out to Ohio for another one!

I have been practicing yoga for several years now & we have yoga at work. My yoga instructor advised me I should get certified & the primary test was pretty elementary.
