Comprehensive and informative material that cover kickboxing instruction from basic to advanced. I appreciate Dolly's knowledge and overview of all aspects of physical coaching. I turn to Fitour for CEU credits as the content is relevant and fun!

I so appreciate Fitour & Dolly. In taking these certifications, I see the "Human" component as mentioned in the manual. I wish I had learned of this sooner. One gym director withheld fitour info then another told me about it. So thankful! Great Class!

I really enjoyed this course. My previous certification was done in 1998 and of course I have done some CEC's, but I really wanted to freshen up my full certification. I definitely learned some new stances and movements I will be implementing.
