This certification provided pertinent information about foam rolling, fascia, myofascial release, body alignment and the body's muscles. It explained muscles, trigger points and body awareness and why foam rolling should be an important part of our self care. I found the information presented to be useful, relevant, easy to follow and well organized.

This was great for me. I took a while to do the exam because I looked at 100 questions and my spotty internet I was worried it would fail me and I would lose the test. All was well and I had to make sure I did not over read or skip read the questions. THANKS SuRae

I was very uninformed coming into this training, but I have learned so much about how the muscles are so important in how we perform even in our daily lives. I love being able to use the foam roller on myself as well as my clients and they are blown away by the benefit of being rolled out. I really appreciate this training and am thankful it is available! I love that I can do the certification online, for a reasonable price. And it’s got so much great information! I’ve been an instructor for 3 years now, and I can still remember how much more prepared for my first class I felt after taking the Fitour course. Plus the renewal is only $25!!

I found the Primary Aqua Certification to be very user friendly. It was informative and thorough. I liked the videos because you could really understand how to recreate the exercises. It is a very reasonably priced certification as well.

The material is current and up to date. Pictures and information are easy to follow and understand. Even if you are refreshing your knowledge as a veteran instructor,m or starting with the basics, the material will meet your needs to help you be more confident and comfortable with your skills. Modifications are usually one of the hardest skills to acquire but the FiTour Pilates material will help you be more confident is helping your clients work at his/her own level.

Fitour makes it very easy to keep your certifications current. You receive ample notice of when your certifications expire, and then you can take your exam when you're ready. You have the option of receiving hard copy study materials or use the online materials. With all the certifications and renewals we require in the fitness industry, it's a plus that the materilas are so accessible.

Two years ago I received my certification for indoor cycle from FITOUR. I found the instructional workbook with the videos to be very effective. It was like you were in the classroom. To me, it was better than being in the classroom because you could stop the video and back it up if you missed something.

This certification was affordable, easy to complete, educational, and beneficial. The history of yoga is important to share with class participants. The certification served as a review. I enjoyed the instant results.
