Terese brings a unique skill-set as well as 23 years of fitness experience and education to ROCKSOLID Programs.  Her passion for fitness and how it can positively affect the lives of others was a driving force in her being sought after by some of the most prestigious fitness facilities in the South. After some years she transferred her energy into building a successful career for the top pharmaceutical companies in the world. Her corporate knowledge coupled with her passion for fitness give her a strong foundation to help others develop into "profressional" as opposed to "hobby" instructors.  Her athletic talent and passion were evidenced in High School where she was named an All-American in Basketball as well as being named to the All-City and All-County teams.  As an adult, she has been a two-time All-American in Softball and a member of a three-time National Championship softball team.  Terese is also an accomplished competitor in individual sports having won her age group in numerous races and Triathlon events.She is a FiTOUR ProTrainer, an AFAA CEC provider, holds a Chemistry degree from University of Tennessee - Chattanooga as well as three international fitness certifications and ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer.  She is also a NESTA Certified Wellness Coach and a Certified Master Practitioner (Weight Lifting for Women).  She holds an  AHA CPR/AED certification. Terese encourages others to get to know their heavenly Father intimately through the reading and application of His Word.
