Debbe Jo Allen

Debbe Jo has been “Discovering the Fun of Fitness” for over 26 years.  With an enduring love for dance, she made the transition into the fitness industry while earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising at The University of Texas.

Debbe Jo is a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Tech and Group Exercise Instructor with numerous certifications, including AFAA, ACE, Schwinn Spinning, Precision Cycling, Turbo Kick Boxing, as well Pilates/Yoga and Reebok Rep and Core.  She has extensive experience in senior-level and children’s fitness programs.

She is a Group Fitness Leader in several national and corporate clubs where she was named 24 Hour Fitness Group Exercise Coordinator of the Year (1998).

She has a knack for making fitness facts and details come to life.  From simple cueing and teaching techniques to broader viewpoints in working with specialty formats her workshops and FiTour certifications impart a love for learning and sharing that make you feel like you have received more than just the curriculum. 

Talk to her about fitness or her family and she radiates with excitement.  Debbe Jo is married to a military officer and is blessed to live in diverse locations all over the world.  Unique locations in England, Korea, North Carolina and Las Vegas to historic places like Alabama.  She is crazy for her “Treasures”: Taylor, Zachary, Hannah and her husband, Neil.

Motivation, Dedication and Enthusiasm are key in achieving your goals and dreams…whether they be fitness related or not.  A smile and kind word can do wonders in motivating others to reach their full potential.  As Group Instructors and Fitness Leaders we can touch the lives of so many people in such a profound and lasting way.
