Macey Miller

Macey Miller has quite a passion for exercise!  After graduating from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, Macey developed a love for yoga and pilates.  After having her first child, Macey found it particularly difficult to find the time for exercise while teaching school and trying to care for her family.  She decided to change careers and become a fitness instructor, combining her love for teaching and fitness.  She began teaching yoga after attending a Yogafit Level 1 certification.

Since then Macey’s fitness career, as well as her passion for exercise, has blossomed.  Over the past 7 years she has worked very hard to obtain a multitude of certifications and continues to enjoy teaching all different types of classes.  Her weekly classes include Tapless Step, Strength/Barbell, Cycle, Boot Camp, and Pilates.  In addition to teaching at 3 different gyms in her area, Macey also enjoys training for half-marathons and triathlons with her husband and friends.
