Lisa Hall

With 20 years experience in the fitness industry, Lisa holds certifications with AFAA, ISCA, FiTour and Spin.  As fitness coordinator with her local gym, she teaches kickboxing, boot camp, spin, step, body sculpting and core classes as well trains others to become instructors.  Formally nationally ranked in the top 10, Lisa holds a 3^rd degree black belt in Taekwondo and was the first women to win grand champion in her organization.  In her spare time, this 40 year old mother of two active boys and wife also has many personal training clients.  It is Lisa’s goal to create a positive environment, motivate her students while teach them proper form.  She believes that you can accomplish your fitness goals no matter your level of fitness, age or disability.
