Deirdre Morris 
Deirdre is a Continuing Education Specialist for ACE, AFAA and Can-Fit-Pro and is an International Fitness Presenter. She is also a BOSU Master Trainer and a fitness video personality. As a Continuing Education Specialist for North America's largest certifiers of instructors and trainers, she has authored countless CEC workshops and the ACE and AFAA approved course "Advanced Tapless Step Certification."
Deirdre has been a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer for ten years. She is an ACE and AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor, an ACE certified Personal Trainer and she holds national certifications in Group Cycle, Advanced Yoga, Kickboxing, Pilates (mat and reformer), BodyFlow, YogaBall and Stability Ball fitness. She currently teaches fitness classes at the Sumner County YMCA in Nashville. She has experience teaching just about every format of group fitness class and enjoys the rewards that come from teaching classes of committed regulars. One of the most satisfying aspects of her job is working with new instructors to help them bring the same kind of commitment, enthusiasm and enjoyment to their classes. While living in Marietta, Georgia (a suburb of Atlanta) in 1997-2003 she taught for the YMCA, LA Fitness, Fitfor2, Ladies Workout Express, Aerobic Atlanta, Healthy Inspirations, Corporate Fitness Solutions, Shirley Blumenthal Center, PHC Gym, Healthy Inspirations and taught classes and trained clients at Midtown Athletic Club. While living in Augusta, Georgia in 2003-2008, Deirdre taught classes for the YMCA and Omni Fitness.
