Misden Elizondo

Misden has been in the fitness industry since 1985, earning 21 years of experience.  She was born in Monterrey, Mexico, is married and has two children.   Misden owned an Aerobics Studio for 17 years in Monterrey and now teaches at Bally Total Fitness Monterrey and Country Club in the same city.

She did the first “Mexican Aerobics Video”, also had her own T.V. Show “Energy Fitness” on Channel 2 Televisa Monterrey.
She was the star of television infomercials for GNC Mexico, Topo Chico Toronja (energy drink), Yogurth Yoplait (beverage).
Misden has a Fitness TV Show "Workout con Ritmo" Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.on Multimedios TV in Mexico.  You can see her in Las Vegas, NV, Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, across the state of Texas and in more large US cities presenting for Multimedios USA.
Misden holds certifications with AFAA, Precision Cycling, Mad Dogg Athletics, Resist-a-ball, Pilates Coach and Pilates Institute of London.
