It is our mission at FiTOUR® to provide you with excellent customer service and quality products. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return your order for a full refund.

Notes: Product(s) must be returned within 10 days of receipt of the order to receive a full product refund. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED FOR REFUND MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER. MERCHANDISE ARRIVING AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR FiTOUR® STORE CREDIT ONLY. All items must be returned in the original packing box and in resalable condition. Books and Videos are not refundable unless they are damaged upon delivery. Certification and CEC exams and study manuals are non-refundable once the exam has been taken. Shipping charges are not refundable. Note: All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
