Very easy to pick up on!

After a woman becomes a mom it seems like we loose a lot of brain cells. So I was nervous taking this certification because I didn't think my brain would be able to pick up and retain the information. Fitour is such a great program and it's so quick and easy. I can't wait to get more certifications!

THIS IS MY THIRD FITOUR CERTIFICATION!

I LOVER FITOUR CERTIFICATIONS! This is my third certification with FiTOUR and it was so easy to grasp the concepts. Dolly was a great facilitator. The BEST thing about FiTOUR certs is that you have the DVD to reference!!

Love it!

The material provided was so easy to understand, I really liked the review questions after each section, it really helped me retain the information. Testing information was easy to understand and grade shows immediately.

This was my first Fitour certification class. I have been teaching kickboxing for half a year, and the basic cert. was still informative to a fairly new instructor. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and willingness to teach. I look forward to getting my master trainer cert one day

Great Intro to Kickboxing...

This course was detailed in it's explanation of the different movements in group kickboxing and it had some black & white photos, but it left me wanting more! I really wish it came with a dvd to SHOW you how to execute each movement properly. That would really help beginner instructors. Also, much of the information in this course was the exact same info that is in the FiTOUR Primary Group Exercise Certification. Do both courses and you'll only have half of the reading to do! Since I was already familiar with group kickboxing, this was the perfect course for me.

Great class that is affordable and convenient

This was a great class that was convenient to do at home and affordable. The only thing I wish there was a video that demonstrated a kickboxing class or at least the choreography.

I liked it very much, very easy to understand

My only wish is that a DVD with actual instructor , would have been provided. I did the group instructor and personal trainer, and got a lot out of actually seeing the instructor .
