Good Certification to add to Knowledge

I really enjoyed the Fitour Certification course. It added to my knowledge that I already had from previous EX Science courses. Good Certification to get for a first timer or just for additional knowledge. Read the books and watch the DVD for best results.

Just like being in a classroom.

I loved the fact that it just wasn't a workbook that I had to read through but it came with a video also. It was like sitting in a classroom with an intructor. The flip book is also a great plus.

Well Informed and professional

I appreciate the whole experience to furthering my education in the fitness industry. I feel taking the test at home with open book has helped me to retain the knowledge important to personal training. I do encourage attending the group workshop for the personal one on one training and practical tesing. That is very helpful. This was a great pgm to enhance primary PT cert program

I was very pleased at the contents of the program. The in depth outlines of stability training and improving athletic performance was perfect enhance my skill level as a trainer. It gave me many creative ideas for client program design.

Appreciated the in-depth, precise instruction

This course included some great information on in-depth assessments, how to determine muscle imbalances, postural problems. All information was presented in simple and understandable terms, and you don't have to have a degree in exercise physiology to understand what's being taught.
